There is a lot to celebrate about Moline and what has been accomplished over the last four years.  Mayor Rayapati's approach to city management and governing has embraced teamwork, good processes and communication, and a balanced vision for our finances and future. But there is still more work to do. 

 

In order to fulfill the promise of Moline for its residents, Sangeetha believes that if we focus on PEOPLE and what they need, and pursue intelligent and deliberate POSSIBILITIES for growth and advancement, we can overcome the obstacles in front of us and make PROGRESS.
